Reality TV star Kim Zolciak is facing another lawsuit, this time from Bank of America, for allegedly failing to pay a $50,000 line of credit, resulting in a current balance of $56,224.07.

Legal documents reveal that despite periodic notices demanding payment, Zolciak ignored Bank of America's attempts to collect the overdue amount.

This marks the latest in a series of legal troubles for Kim and her husband Kroy Biermann, who recently lost a case to BMW over non-payment of a $400,100 Rolls-Royce SUV.

In addition to the BMW case, the couple has been ordered to pay approximately $230,000 to Simmons Bank for defaulting on a home equity line of credit.

Kim Zolciak's financial woes extend to a previous lawsuit filed in August by SAKS/CAPITAL ONE, seeking $156,080 for her failure to settle a credit card bill.

Target has also taken legal action against Kim, suing her for $2,400 due to her alleged failure to fulfill her credit card obligations.

Kroy Biermann, Kim's husband, faced his own legal battles, notably with Sky Warrior, who sued him for a $52,500 gambling debt incurred during a casino visit in the Bahamas.

The recent court decision ordered Kroy to return the $400,100 SUV to BMW, adding to the couple's financial setbacks.

With multiple creditors resorting to legal action, Kim and Kroy find themselves entangled in a string of lawsuits, indicating significant financial strain.

As the legal battles escalate, the reality TV couple's financial troubles continue to make headlines, raising questions about their ability to settle mounting debts.
